[pbmserv-announce] pbmserv is back!

As many of you noticed, pbmserv dropped off the network on Feb 7th, and only
recently came back.

I apologize for that. I had a hard drive failure that required a complete
rebuild of the server. I had a backup of all pbmserv data as of about
Jan 20th, so that has been restored. Any game moves you made after that
are lost, and there's nothing I can do about it.

The web server is still off-line. I hope to restore that to service tomorrow.

if you want to see what games you have active, the following command will
be useful to you

Subject: all showas USERID PASSWORD USERID active

this will iterate through all of the games pbmserv supports, and look
for any games that you have active, and if found, send them to you... as you.
(especially useful for those games that have hidden information... like
spades)
