First name and "U/Sie" in my opinion is a very civilized way of human conduct. But as a matter of fact, all the Uli/Sie people I had have become Uli/du people. As old-fashioned I may be with Sie/du, I seem to be a too fast "Tschüss!" sayer, at least I have been told.
